At Must Société, we want you to love your home; if a piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please note that custom upholstery and final sale items are excluded from our standard return policy.
Initiate Your Request

Prepare the Item
Ensure the product is disassembled and placed back into its original packaging with all hardware and assembly instructions included.
Schedule Pickup or Drop-off
For small parcels, use the provided prepaid shipping label; for large furniture pieces, our white-glove team will contact you to coordinate a professional pickup.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the item to confirm it is in original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
